Who is responsible for your data?

The data controller is Rania Oulkouh Touzani, trading as Solveon ([Street and number], [Postcode] Brussels). For any question: info@solveon.be.

What data is collected?

  • Through the contact form: name, email address, project type and message.
  • Through appointment booking (Calendly): name, email address, chosen time slot and any information you add.
  • During our email exchanges and, if you become a client, the data needed for invoicing.

Why, and on what basis?

  • To answer your request and prepare a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To deliver and invoice the service: performance of the contract and legal accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

How long is it kept?

  • Requests that do not lead to a project: [3 years] after the last contact.
  • Client data and invoices: for the legal retention period for accounting and tax records in Belgium.

Who has access?

Only Solveon and the technical providers needed to run the service: the website host (Cloudflare), Web3Forms (contact form delivery), OVHcloud (email) and Calendly (appointment booking). Where some data is processed outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by the safeguards provided for in the GDPR.

What are your rights?

You can at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or request its portability, by writing to info@solveon.be. We reply within one month.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
